Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and LinkedWiz Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the GetPayingBugs InfoSec Training Program (“Program”). GetPayingBugs is an affiliate of LinkedWiz Private Limited, a company registered under the laws of India.

You agree that by accessing the Program, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Program and you must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Program website from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason.

To access our Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Complete the registration process
• Provide current, complete, and accurate information
• Update your information promptly if it changes
• Have the requisite power and authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions

Account Security:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• You may not share or transfer your account access to any third party
• We reserve the right to disable any account if we suspect violation of these terms
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

The Program and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by LinkedWiz Private Limited and/or its affiliates, licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Program Content Usage:

• All materials are for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
• You may not record, download, or store course content
• You may not share your access credentials or course materials
• You may not use content for competitive purposes
• You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices
• You may not modify or reverse engineer any part of the Program

By purchasing access to our Program, you expressly agree to the following terms:

• All payments must be made in full before access is granted
• All sales are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of our content
• Subscription fees (if applicable) are billed in advance
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information
• You agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address and credit card numbers

You agree not to use the Program:

• For any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• To exploit vulnerabilities without proper authorization
• To harass, abuse, or harm others
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, Company employee, or other person
• To engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Program
• To attempt to bypass any security measures
• To engage in unauthorized data collection or mining

Ethical Hacking Guidelines:

• Only practice on authorized systems and networks
• Follow responsible disclosure policies
• Maintain confidentiality of discovered vulnerabilities
• Do not cause harm or damage to systems
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Report security issues through appropriate channels

THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We make no warranty that:

• The Program will meet your requirements
• The Program will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results from using the Program will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of training will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Program will be corrected

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses
• Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Program
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Program
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Program
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of content

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to:

• Terminate or suspend your access immediately for any breach of these Terms
• Modify or discontinue any part of the Program without notice
• Restrict access to certain features or content
• Remove any user for inappropriate behavior or violation of terms
• Block access from certain geographic locations

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Program shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
